A client approached us after a series of break-ins in their area, seeking a reliable security solution for their property. The period property meant a conventional wired alarm was not a viable option. We installed a state-of-the-art, fully wireless intruder alarm system featuring both internal and external motion detectors, door contacts, and sirens, providing comprehensive protection and complete peace of mind.

The system was designed for optimal detection while ensuring ease of use for the client’s family. Door contacts were installed on all main entry and exit points, with motion detectors covering key walkways and landings. For the outbuildings, we used a combination of door contacts and wireless curtain detectors—ideal for garages, as they allow roller doors to remain open while the system stays armed. The perimeter of the property was also protected with external motion curtain detectors giving the client instant notification to anyone entering the property grounds while the system is armed.

The client opted for dual arm/disarm options with wireless keypads located at the main entry and exit points to the house and outbuildings allowing each user their own dedicated access code. The secondary means of a access was via the encrypted smartphone app which allows users to arm/disarm the system direct from their smartphone.

The system was also commissioned with the ability to arm the main house system at night while still having the ability to move around dedicated areas of the house without triggering the alarm.
